Household Support
We support our service users to make a house a home.
Our support ranges from white goods, smaller essential items such as a kettle, toaster and microwave.
Our pre-loved donations of towels, curtains and bedding for those setting up home.
We also offer some support with carpeting homes for the homeless.
Referral Process
A professional referral can be made for anyone experiencing hardship using our link ukeff.org/referrals
Self Referral
We also offer a self referral service to those in hardship the link can be found at ukeff.org/help
Application Process
We aim to carry out a crisis needs based assessment within 12 working hours of receiving a referral. For hardship support needs, we will undertake a thorough assessment and will require proof of income and expenditure.
