Our unique program combines health & fitness sessions to achieve swift results.
Weekly weigh-in & exercise sessions: Motivation to meet your targets with your weekly weigh in and exercise sessions to suit your ability from our fully qualified, experenced personal trainer.
Weekly nutrition session: Assess your current diet and learn how to choose healthier options. You are provided with recipes as well as practical experience to try healthy snacks, juices and meal plans.
Weekly health & wellbeing session: To address your emotional and psychological outlook and improve your inner wellbeing.

- Monday 9am – 10.30am (Pakistani Community Centre, Glodwick) – tailored exercise with our personal trainer
- Wednesday 9am – 11am (Primrose Centre, Primrose Bank) – health & wellbeing, nutrition & exercise
